• If work has already commenced, partial refunds may be offered based on completed milestones.

• Custom CAD designs and engineering services are non-refundable once the project has been delivered.

3. Returns Policy

• As our services involve digital CAD designs and engineering consultancy, there are no physical products to return.

• If any design files or services provided are defective, we will work to resolve the issue within the agreed scope.
